WELLNESS YOGA

A class that is specifically designed to work with your body. Postures that are geared towards healing an injury or illness you are working on. May include alternative healing modalities in addition to your yoga postures. We dive deep into the emotional root cause of your suffering. Through awareness we can find our path back to wellbeing. As a certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga Instructor, I am able to give you the safe space to explore your yoga practice and any emotions that may arise. 

All private lessons are custom designed and tailored to your specific needs and desires. ​Kalyani brings over 24 years of experience to your session. Modifications will be made to make sure each posture is completely comfortable for your body. 

 

All equipment and accessories will be provided: yoga mats, blocks, straps, blankets and eye pillows. (Cleaned and sanitized for your safety)

 

During the initial phone consultation, we discuss your goals and requirements, and schedule the date, time and location of your sessions. 

60 Minute Session for one- $125 

60 Minute Session for two- $150

90 Minute Session for one- $175

90 Minute Session for two- $200

  **No more than two people.

Optional Add ons (30 min):

Sound Healing- $50

Yoga Nidra- $50

Reiki- $50

**Session must be paid in full to book your time slot. 

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life and am happy to honor your business as follows. If there are any health issues present at the time of your scheduled private session that might make a yoga session a bad idea, including fever/cold/flu/sickness, please contact me BEFORE arriving for your private session. I will be happy to reschedule your appointment.  A minimum of 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling a private session. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
