YOGA FOR BETTER SLEEP- YOGA NIDRA

This practice is like a deep sleep while you are still awake. There is no physical effort at all. If you can breathe, you can do this practice! Rest your mind and body supported by props as you are guided on a journey within. Great for insomnia, stress and to simply recharge.  

 

30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3 hours of conventional sleep!  

 

We can also add this on to any other session.  

Example: 60 minute Gentle Flow with 30 minute Yoga Nidra at the end.

All private lessons are custom designed and tailored to your specific needs and desires. ​Kalyani brings over 20 years of experience to your session. Modifications will be made to make sure you are completely comfortable. 

 

All equipment and accessories will be provided: yoga mats, blocks, straps, blankets, eye pillows and bolsters. (Cleaned and sanitized for your safety)

 

During the initial phone consultation, we discuss your goals and requirements, and schedule the date, time and location of your sessions.

Private Yoga Nidra Lessons:

30 Minute Add on to Yoga Session for one- $45

30 Minute Add on to Yoga Session for two- $90

​

60 Minute Session for one- $95 

60 Minute Session for two- $140

​

**Session must be paid in full to book your time slot. 

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life and am happy to honor your business as follows. If there are any health issues present at the time of your scheduled private session that might make a yoga session a bad idea, including fever/cold/flu/sickness, please contact me BEFORE arriving for your private session. I will be happy to reschedule your appointment.  A minimum of 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling a private session. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
